Web歷史 「漂綠（Greenwashing）」一詞最早由傑·韋斯特福（Jay Westerveld）於1986年提出，用以形容旅館業者將重複使用浴巾一事過度吹捧為環保愛地球的行為，卻在廢棄物回收等對環境影響力更大的層面上無積極行動。 而現在「漂綠」則泛指組織或企業不實或誇大宣傳其在環境保護與永續經營的作為 。
